Annual Meetings
are held in October. You must contact Above & Beyond if you have any concerns or questions you would like added to the Annual Meeting agenda for the Board of Directors to discuss or review.

Association Dues: are currently
$575.00
quarterly, due on the 1st of January, April, July, and October each year. Please contact Above & Beyond Community Management if you have any questions regarding your account.

Please be advised that a 5% processing fee is applied when paying dues via PayPal. This fee is subject to change without notification.
Maintenance:
All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Mgmt by calling 260-490-2226 or emailing them at stacey@abcmanagement.org.
The phone is answered Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
