Association Information
Above & Beyond Community Management is the association's property management company. Please submit questions or concerns by email to sandra@abcmanagement.org or by phone call to 260-490-2226.
Your Community Manager is Sandra Montes.
Annual Meetings are held once a year in October. You can call Above & Beyond Community Management if you have any questions or concerns that may need added to the agenda for the board to review and be discussed at the annual meeting.
Association Dues are $324.00 and are due annually on February 28th. Per your covenants, a 21% interest fee will be applied if not paid within 30 days of the due date.

Please be advised that a 5% processing fee is applied when paying dues via PayPal. This fee is subject to change without notification.
Maintenance: All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Mgmt by calling 260-490-2226 or emailing them to sandra@abcmanagement.org.
The phone is answered Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. You may stop in any time or by appointment during these hours as well.
