Annual Meetings are held once a year in November. You can call Above & Beyond Community Mgmt. if you have any questions or concerns that may need added to the agenda for the board to review and be discussed at the Annual Meeting.

Automatic Withdraw. If you would like to set up to have your Association fees automatically withdrawn from your account, please complete the form below and return with a voided check to the above address.
Maintenance: All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Management by calling 260-490-2226 or emailing them at sandra@abcmanagement.org.
