Above & Beyond Community Management is the association's property management company.

Annual Meetings are in September. You can also call Above & Beyond if you have any concerns or questions that may need added to the agenda for the board to review and discuss at the annual meeting.

Association Dues are $150.00 and are due annually on October 1st.
Maintenance: All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Management by calling 260-490-2226 or emailing them to stacey@abcmanagement.org.
The phone is answered Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
