Above & Beyond Community Management is the association's property management company.


Your Community Manager is Sandra Montes. Please submit questions or concerns by email to sandra@abcmanagement.org or by phone call to 260-490-2226.

ANNUAL MEETINGS are held once a year in October. You can call Above & Beyond Community Management if you have any questions or concerns that may need added to the agenda for the board to review and be discussed at the annual meeting. 

 

Annual Dues are $450.00 and are due on March 1st.
