SNOW REMOVAL:
The snow removal is provided by Huntertown. If you have a complaint to file regarding snow removal you may contact them 260-637-5058.
LIGHTING:
Please make sure your front light posts are on from Dusk to Dawn for the safety of the community.
TRASH BIN REMINDER:
All trash bins must be stored out of view from the front or returned to the garage by the end of the day.

EXTERIOR CHANGES: If making any exterior additions or changes to your property it must be approved by the board. Below is an Architectural Change Form to be printed or you may call the management company to have one mailed to you. You will receive a formal reply to your written request within thirty (30) days of receipt of the completed and submitted request form.
