Association Dues are $95.00 and are due annually on February 28th.

Payment can be made with credit card/PayPal (link below), exact cash, check, or money order to the mailing address above. Please make all payments payable to Lima Valley Association.

Please be advised that a 5% processing fee is applied when paying via PayPal. 

This fee is subject to change without notification. 

Maintenance: All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Management by calling 260-490-2226 or emailing them to sandra@abcmanagement.org.
