Association Information

Above & Beyond Community Management handles the financials for your Association. Please submit questions or concerns regarding annual dues by email to office@abcmanagement.org or by calling 260-490-2226. For questions regarding association matters please email chapmansbridge@gmail.com.

Annual Meetings are held in November. You can also call Above & Beyond if you have any concerns or questions that may need added to the agenda for the board.

Association Dues are currently $290.00 and are due annually on February 15th. A 12% interest fee will be applied if not paid within 30 days of the due date.

Please make all checks payable to Chapman's Bridge.

Payment can be made with credit card/PayPal (link below), exact cash, check, or money order to the mailing address above. Make all payments payable to Chapman's Bridge Association.

Please be advised that a 5% processing fee is included when paying dues via PayPal. The processing fee is subject to change without notification.

Maintenance: All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Mgmt by calling 260-490-2226 or emailing them to sandra@abcmanagement.org.

The phone is answered Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
