Above & Beyond Community Management is the association's property management company.
Your Community Manager is Moriah Fair. Please submit questions or concerns by email to moriah@abcmanagement.org or by phone call to 260-490-2226.
Annual Meetings are held once a year in December. You can call Above & Beyond Community Mgmt. if you have any questions or concerns that may need added to the agenda for the board to review and be discussed at the annual meeting.

Association Dues are $385.00 and are due annually on January 31st. Per your covenants, a 21% interest fee will be applied if not paid within 30 days of the due date.
Payment can be made with credit card/PayPal (link below), exact cash, check, or money order to the mailing address above.
All payments must be made payable to Coves at Hawks Ridge.
Please be advised that a 5% processing fee is applied when paying via PayPal.
This fee is subject to change without notification.
Maintenance: All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Mgmt by calling 260-490-2226 or emailing them to moriah@abcmanagement.org.
The phone is answered Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
