Annual Meetings are held in April.

Association Dues are currently $189.00 and are due annually on April 30th.

Please be advised that there is a 5% processing fee when paying via PayPal. This fee is subject to change without notification.
Maintenance: All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Management by calling 260-490-2226 or emailing them to sandra@abcmanagement.org.
