LAWN CARE: Veterans Lawn & Landscaping is our contractor for the 2023-2025 season for the common area.
SNOW REMOVAL: The City of New Haven does the snow removal for the Landin Meadows common area.
LAWN CARE/SNOW REMOVAL VILLAS SERVICES:
Galbraith is our contractor for the 2022-2023 season.
POND MAINTENANCE: Aquatic Management will maintain the ponds in your association for the 2020 season. Please do not water your lawns or plants with water from the pond as the higher concentration of herbicide will destroy your lawn and plants. Also, please have your vendors be careful with fertilizing your lawn as over fertilizing into the pond causes the algae on the pond to grown at an increased rate.
LIGHTING: Please make sure your front light posts are on from Dusk to Dawn for the safety of the community.
EXTERIOR CHANGES: If you would like to make any exterior additions or changes to your property, it MUST be approved by the Architectural Committee prior to the commencement of work. Below is an Architectural Control Form and the Landin Meadows Architectural Guidelines to be printed or you may call Above & Beyond Community Mgmt. to have them printed and mailed to you.
