Annual Meetings for the Villas are held once a year in November. Annual Meetings for the Condos  are held once a year in December.

You can call Above & Beyond Community Management if you have any questions or concerns that may need added to the agenda for the board to review and be discussed at the annual meeting. 

Villa Quarterly Villas Dues are $666.00 and are due on the 1st of January, April, July, and October.

Condo Monthly Dues are $340.00  and are due on the 1st of the month.
