Association Dues are $160.00 and are due annually.

Please be advised that a 5% processing fee is included when paying dues via PayPal. The processing fee is subject to change without notification. 

Maintenance: All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Mgmt by calling 260-490-2226or emailing them to stacey@abcmanagement.org.
