Association Information
Above & Beyond Community Management is the association's property management company. Your Community Manager is Stacey Morrow. Please submit questions or concerns by email to stacey@abcmanagement.org or by phone call to 260-490-2226.

Annual Meetings are held once a year in September. You can call Above & Beyond Community Mgmt. if you have any questions or concerns that may need to be added to the agenda for the board to review and be discussed at the annual meeting.

Association Dues for 2024 are $285.00 and are due monthly on the 1st of the month. Per your covenants, an 1.5% per month interest rate (18% annual)  & a $25.00 late fee will be applied if not paid.

Payment can be made with credit card/PayPal (link below), exact cash, check, or money order to the mailing address above. Make all payments payable to Covington Pointe Association.

Please be advised that a 5% processing fee is applied when paying via PayPal. 
This fee is subject to change without notification. 

Automatic Withdraw. If you would like to set up to have your Association dues automatically withdrawn from your account. Please completed the ACH form and return with a voided check to the above address.

Maintenance: All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Mgmt by calling 260-490-2226 or emailing them to stacey@abcmanagement.org.

The phone is answered Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
