Annual Meetings are held once a year and a notice will be sent out. You can also call Above & Beyond if you have any concerns or questions that may need added to the agenda for the board to review and discuss at the annual meeting.

Common Area Maintenance Assessments vary per lot and are due annually on July 31st.
