Above & Beyond Community Management is the association's property management company.
Your Community Manager is Sandra Musi. Please submit questions or concerns by email to sandra@abcmanagement.org or by phone call to 260-490-2226.
Annual Meetings are held in September. Contact Above & Beyond if you have any concerns or questions that you would like added to the agenda for the board to review and discuss at the annual meeting.

Association Dues are $536.00 and are due quarterly on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st.
Payment can be made with credit card/PayPal (link below), exact cash, check, or money order to the mailing address above. Please make all payments payable to Buckner's Crossing Villas.
Please be advised that a 5% processing fee is applied when paying via PayPal.
This fee is subject to change without notification.
Maintenance: All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Management by calling 260-490-2226 or emailing them to sandra@abcmanagement.org.
