Above & Beyond Community Management is the association's property management company. Please submit questions or concerns by email to stacey@abcmanagement.org or by phone call to 260-490-2226.

Your Community Manager is Stacey Morrow. 

Annual Meetings are to be determined. You can also call Above & Beyond if you have any concerns or questions that may need added to the agenda for the board to review and discuss at the annual meeting.

Association Dues are currently $100.00 and are due annually on June 1st. Please make all payments payable to Havenwood Forest Civic Association.

Please be advised that a 5% processing fee is applied when paying via PayPal. This is subject to change without notification.

Maintenance: All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Mgmt by calling 260-490-2226 or emailing them to stacey@abcmanagement.org.

The phone is answered Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
