Association Dues are $236.00 and are due annually on January 1.
Quarterly dues are $340.00 and are due January 1, April 1, July1, & October 1.
Payment can be made with credit card/PayPal (link below), exact cash, check, or money order to the mailing address above. Please make all payments payable to Harrington Villas Association.
Please be advised that a 5% processing fee is applied when paying via PayPal.
This fee is subject to change without notification.
Maintenance: All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Mgmt by calling260-490-2226or emailing them to sandra@abcmanagement.org.
